Our role is to complete the medical or psychological exam requested by the state while ensuring every person we see is treated with care, respect, and dignity. Our Medical Director brings decades of experience performing these evaluations. We understand this process can feel stressful, and we are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and supportive experience for everyone who comes to our office.

Please note that Chicago Consulting Physicians is not a treatment facility. We do not provide ongoing medical care, prescribe medications, or manage medical conditions. Our exams are completed solely for disability determination purposes as requested by the state.
